FITNESS CLASS DESCRIPTION
Total Body TRX Circuit: TRX Suspension Training is a revolutionary method of training using leveraged bodyweight, which develops core stability, strength, balance and flexibility simultaneously. This fast-paced workout incorporates strength and cardio designed for all fitness levels. Maximize your time and burn more calories with this total body workout!
TOTAL BODY CIRCUIT (TBC): Get strong and lean in this constantly changing class that will push you to your limits with circuits of strength training, cardio and core conditioning. If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you!
BOOT CAMP 30 (BC30):This 30 minute class uses a method called HIIT Training (High Intensity Interval Training) that incorporates total body circuits of strength and cardio. Designed to burn fat and build muscle all at once, this is the class for for those who are short on time but want big results. You will work up a serious sweat in this class that gets the job done in half the time!
BARRE FUSION (BF): Barre Fusion is a blend of pilates, yoga, aerobics, and strength training. You don’t need to worry about dance experience. Barre Fusion is for all bodies! Classes include modifications for any fitness level, so you can feel successful while achieving an amazing workout that will lengthen, strengthen and tone your entire body. ￼
CORE FUSION: This class blends various training methods such as TRX, pilates and more to build a strong core.
